  Felt very welcome by the staff, chalets were adequate but really could do with updating - a splash of paint goes a long way and doesn't cost a lot. Lights are next to useless and everywhere was damp with mouldy curtains in my room and the bathroom- again some attention required but nothing major. Diving wise, nicely set up onshore facilities with the exception of missing trolleys - this would have made life so much easier carrying twinsets, multiple cylinders and weightbelts and saving our backs. The boat is nice inbetween dives but is not really suited for diving let alone twinset divers. There are no benches to kit up on and the moonpool is a pain in the a$$ when getting back on the boat - resulting in injured divers from sprains. Really the moonpool should go in favour of a divers lift and kitting up benches. Skipper Baz is excellent, very detailed dive briefs and polite. In all I get the feeling little or nothing is being invested back into the dive centre and it's a shame as this could have been a 5 star dive centre but was let down by simple things. I will return to dive at Oban but will probably look elsewhere. I am not the only one to say these things - come on guys listen to your customers!
