  I didn't realise that tiles had batch numbers actually they don't in this case the have lot numbers. Anyway when trying to resolve my issue I was introduced to an assistant manager who was obstructive and unhelpful after being told there were no other tiles in the company and finally giving in and accepting that my tiles won't match I went back into the store to buy some tools and stumbled across a crate of tiles with the correct batch numbers. Absolute nightmare to deal with. I must add that most of the other staff were very understanding and helpful.
